We won’t book with anyone else for our yearly Destin trips!

The ladies at Newman-Dailey are amazing! They offered for us to bring our cold groceries from the condo we were leaving with someone else to their office so we didn’t have to toss them. It was a last minute move and they did everything to help us. We have stayed in Jade East Towers before and made the mistake of booking with someone else for this trip.

Laid out perfectly

Our condo was laid out perfectly. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. It was my wife's birthday and the staff had a very nice welcoming happy birthday bag for her. We all really enjoyed our stay and will come again.

Good Experience

I recently stayed at a 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo at Jade East and had a good experience. The condo was clean, and well-appointed, making it a comfortable stay for my group. One of the highlights was the fantastic view from the condo, which made our mornings especially delightful. The beach service was excellent, providing everything we needed for a relaxing day by the water. It truly added to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. However, I do wish the area was more conducive to walking. Unfortunately, there are no paths, and the only place to walk was around the parking lot, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more pedestrian-friendly options for exploring the area on foot. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend this condo for its comfort, view, and beach service. Just be prepared for limited walking options, other than the beach of course.

We had an amazing stay here. The condo was clean and was perfect for our 3 families staying. We will definitely stay here again. The view was amazing and loved the corner room!

Spacious, great views. Loved the music that was playing when we entered, and the soft lighting. One suggestion - install bars on the jacuzzi for safe entry and exit.

Vacation Perfection

The process from booking to checking in and checking out was easy! The condo was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our two families for the week. The amenities gave everybody in our group something to do. The kids and adults loves the pool and being on the beach made our beach days easy. The property management company gave ample notice when water repairs needed to be made and there wasn’t really any inconvenience. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Destin.

Great Vacation

The accommodations were excellent. This accommodated everyone from ages 2 - 60. It was clean, quiet, and in the perfect location. Awesome views from the living room and master bedroom. The pool staff was excellent. They put in hard work everyday cleaning the pool. Kudos to Justin!

As advertised and much more... beautiful and tastefully furnished condo with breathtaking views. Also perfect location for everyone’s taste - mom and dad basking in the rays while the kids were out and about on jet skis, parasailing and on the boardwalk. The check-in process was seamless - everything we needed was in one place on our iPhone in the Hospitality app. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

First Time at Jade Towers

This was the first time staying at Jade East Towers, Destin, FL. This condo unit was beautiful and will be back. The washer broke and the staff at Newman-Dailey were so professional and had it replaced within 2 days. They were very accommodating and kept in communication with me daily. They went out of their way to help with any inconvenience it caused. The cleaning staff was so nice! Everything was clean and well maintained! Really enjoyed my first stay.

My main concern is always that the kids have a blast....well, they did. Being on the beach at such a great location was fun. The water and sand was perfect. Pool and hot-tub were just right for a break from the beach. The condo was very nice and the view from the balcony even better. Thanks

Love this condo!

This condo is exactly as pictured. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. We had 8 people in our group and we had plenty of space. The condo was spotless. Our balcony was large with plenty of seating. The only negatives were that we arrived early and checked in hoping our room could be cleaned early. It was 5 pm before our room was finished. At any other place we stayed they are nice enough to clean your room early if you arrive early. Also we had 8 people in our group and were only given 8 wash cloths. It was a pain doing laundry non stop to have clean towels and wash cloths. But overall we loved this place and would definitely return.

Cold this year!

You can't control the weather, but we still had a lovely stay in 1050. The kitchen sure needs and update, but the rest of the unit is quite pleasant. We are "pool people" and this was another year of "the heater is broken, we've ordered the parts." We didn't expect to have it heated during the really cold weather, but sure wanted to use it the few days it was warm. It was "broken?" most of our 2 month visit.

Will probably not come back

When we arrived at the gate we were supposed to already had a code for the gate. We had not been given one. Someone behind us helped us out. When we got to our unit we opened the refrigerator it had the most terrible smell when we opened it. It smelled like bad fish had leaked into the frig. We put our things in it and went and got some vinegar and baking soda. I took and wiped down everything in the frig and freezer. Our patio was dirty with long black hair on the floor. Our toilet paper holder was broke when we got there and they told us someone was gonna fix it and no one ever showed up. I just felt for as much as we paid for the unit it would have been cleaner and in better shape. We had to come in and clean the patio and clean the frig. We had been there 4 years ago and the building this time was in a lot worse shape than our last visit.

Below Jade East Standards

This is the 4th condo we have stayed in at Jade East. We love to stay at JE because of location, amenities, overall easiness of pool, beach, grills, etc and usually the condos are top notch. This unit is in need of repairs and upgrades. Our microwave didn't work, oven didn't work consistently, electrical outlets wouldn't hold prongs, bathroom electric outlet wasn't covered, all the bedroom blinds were missing slats, two bedrooms that face the northeast side do not have curtains (sunny bright rooms at 6:15am & kids fully awake), tvs were not HD, windows were smugged, dirty & dusty. Compared to the condos I have stayed & been in at Jade East this one is far inferior.
