Perfect Getaway

My husband and I, along with two other couples, spent a week at Jade East in Destin Florida. We had heard about the beautiful jade color of the sea water and soft white sand, but WOW- this beach in Destin really delivered! The absolute best thing about our trip was the proximity to the beach- it took about 2 minutes to get from our living room to our nicely set up chairs and umbrella at the edge of the water. I grew up on the beaches of southern California where the chairs and towels were spread out everywhere, so seeing tidy rows of matching jade chairs and umbrellas made this beach feel elevated. Like something in the French Riviera- very fancy. The pool was also really nice, but the water was pretty cold so we spent our time in the hot tub which stayed open until 10pm.When selecting a unit, it’s nice to see the photos online. I could see the water view from the living room of condo 950, and that it was recently renovated. But when we arrived- I was blown away! This condo is gorgeous! Its bright and airy with an open concept and an incredible view of the sea from the back and side windows of the living room. The style is casual and cozy, but right on trend with a cool coastal vibe. Think Nancy Myer’s Something’s Gotta Give and you’ll know what to expect. The TV cabinet is loaded with board games which were well used most nights and watching movies on the 75 “ TV was almost as good as being in the theater. We will definitely be requesting unit 950 on our return trips. Book this one early if you hope to get it!

Enjoyed communication I had with Newman Dailey representatives. Loved Destin. Pontoon Boat at Crab Island, Sea Blaster Boat Ride and all the many delicious places to eat.

Just left Jade East 950 in Destin after a week’s stay with my daughter and 3 granddaughters! We had a wonderful time that was enhanced by a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo on the beautiful Destin beach. The condo was decorated in blues, creams and whites with rattan accents. There are smart TVs in each room. Two of the bedrooms have kingside beds and the third has 2 queen size beds. The living area is spacious and has a beautiful view of the Gulf. The master bedroom also shares the Gulf view as does the balcony. Again, our visit was wonderful. Thanks, Jade East 950!!!

Wonderful stay on the Beach!

Destin “Generation” Vacation

We had our extended family of 8 ages 11-82. I really should have booked a larger condo since it was mainly adults, but that’s not their issue. The 3 full bathes were such a plus. The view of the ocean is gorgeous. All amenities were supplied except shampoo, body soap. You only have 2 packages of detergent and dishwashing powder. Haven’t quite figured out why you get the same amount if it’s a 2 day stay or 7 day at any rental. Grocery pick up was easy for additional things. Pool was clean and maintenance was top notch. Communication was great. Bring your beach towels!

Fabulous Vacarion!

Jade East was a very nice place to spend our 9 day vacation. Loved having the private beach and two chairs and umbrella waiting for us each day. We were three females traveling alone so the gated complex was very reassuring. Having a designated parking spot close to the building was a huge plus. Three fast elevators with close proximity to unit 950 was very nice. We loved our spacious condo. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was awesome. Netflix was available on two of the three bedroom televisions, but not available on the family room television. Would have been nice to be able to watch Netflix together in the family room. The chair in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. The back of the reclining chair in the family room would not stay down while trying to recline to sleep. I have health issues and I am not able to lay down on a bed. Those two chairs could really stand to be replaced.
