Nice Condo

We love the location of this condo tower. Convenient to everything. The condo was very clean and well-equipped. It was not the most comfortable furnishings wise. We won’t stay at this unit again because of that. You spend most time away from condo but when you’re there, we look for comfort. The rental agent was outstanding with information, rules and procedures. We will rent from them again!

Great stay awesome location, beach service is incredible, Trey & Grant go above and beyond and really make the beach more enjoyable...unit size was perfect for family of 3, exterior of unit including door is a little rough but thats really my only complaint. Communication and code process with property management was simple and accurate ?? would definitely recommend and hope to be back at Jade East

Family Vacation Fun in a Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect! It was exactly as described, pictures did not do it justice. Right on the beach, absolutely amazing views of the ocean off of the balcony. Could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Destin.

Wonderful condo

We visited Destin for the first time for a 4 day trip over fall break. Our friends we traveled with have always stayed at Jade East every year, so we gave it a try. Our condo met all our expectations. It smelled great and was very clean. The beds slept great and the furniture Was comfortable too. The kitchen was also very nice! It looked like they had just installed new cabinets in the kitchen, laundry room, and family room. I have never seen so much storage! The beach was wonderful the one day we were out there. Unfortunately, the tropical storm got the best of 2 full days of our trip. Our favorite place to eat was The Back Porch. We also liked how the beach wasn’t crowded and you got 2 beach chairs daily with an umbrella. We would stay here again!

We have stayed at Jade East several times before. We love the place and the beach. In the past all of our condos were nice and clean. Our unit 330 was ok but needs a little attention. We walked in and in the guest bedroom the closet was broken and laying against the wall. We had to go buy a fan because the ceiling fan was also broken in that room. Later I looked under my feet and they were black. So I took a wet rag and passed it on the floor. It looked like perhaps it hadn’t been mopped. Maybe the carpet needs cleaning also. We have always had a 3 bedroom that was always nicely flowing with the colors and felt relaxing. Other than a little attention to the unit our stay was great.

We all had a terrific time.

July 22-25, 2017. We all had a terrific time. The condo was clean, & welcoming, very spacious for the seven of us. We loved the location, & friendly customer services received. We'll definitely return. The only negative (minor), was the stinking fishy smell coming from a mop, kept in the wash room area. We kept that door closed.

We do a family vacation every year so this year we choose to return to Destin Fl since some of our grandchildren had never been to the beach. We stayed at Jade East Towers 18 years ago for our first family vacation and liked it so much that we decided to try and book there again this year. It was a short notice but was still able to book 3 condominiums 2 2 bedrooms and 1 3bedroom. It worked out perfectly for the 20 people in our party. The kids and grandkids said that it was the best vacation by far. Jade East Towers is very convenient. I would highly recommend it...

We took my wife's parents their for their 50th anniversary and our 33rd. Her mom cried when she saw the bedroom and the view of the beach. It was a great weekend and nice sitting on the balcony every evening. The rooms were cleaned and well suited.

The unit was clean and the kitchen appliances were in good condition. The master bath has been updated but needs some work to be senior friendly. The window treatments in the guest bed room needs work they can not be opened. The firniture in the living room is very uncomfortable and needs to be updated as does the huge TV cabinet. While management tries to make this unit one to brag about the owner is reluctant to make the needed improvements. Newman-Daily is a class rental agent and we truly enjoy he 2-1/2 months we spend at Jade East in Destin, FL

Nice condo, annoying dishwasher

Had a nice stay in this lovely unit except for the dishwasher that was very difficult to disarm of an annoying beep. It overlooks the water and has a beautiful view and is nicely furnished. We called Friday afternoon to ask for an additional night but were told we would have to wait until Monday morning to get approval for that. Huh? We made numerous attempts to speak to someone who could okay our stay as we saw online that the unit was not booked for days after our departure. We gave up and packed to go home by checkout on Saturday morning. We were called twenty minutes before we were to vacate to tell us we could stay. Too late, of course, to unpack and regroup. Surely someone could be available that had the authority to make that decision when a guests asks to extend their stay. Leaving under those circumstances made a rebooking with Newman-Dailey highly unlikely. The customer services manager, Ryan, has asked that he be allowed to "make it up to us" on a return visit. There were many empty units in the building during our stay and I am sure the owners would have liked to have had guests stay as long as the place was available.

Rainy weather, nice condo.

The condo was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The guest bedroom seemed to be larger than most and quite comfortable. The guest bathroom shower curtain needed to be replaced and management quickly fixed the problem and brought a bottle of wine. We would defintely visit again.

Good location and nice amenities!

This was our first Destin vacation and we loved it! Unit 330 was clean and tastefully decorated. The private beach was not overly crowded. The kids loved the easy access to the beach and the pool. I would have given a 5 but there was a weird onion-like odor as soon as you walk into the unit. Febreeze did not even take the smell out. Also, the dryer vent was right outside the front door and every time we had the dryer on, we would find lint all over the floor outside. And, yes, we cleaned the lint trap in the dryer after every use. Both minor issues. We definitely would come back!

Great stay!

This was a last minute weekend getaway & our first time in Destin. I picked this place thru tripadvisor's review & I'm glad that I did. The place was spacious & clean, though I think those balcony chairs need to be replaced. The master bathroom toilet still needs to fixed, with the water continuously running, which was the same complain from a previous review. Otherwise, our stay was great & will definitely come back & recommend this place to my friends.

Aside from the washing machine breaking down and the toilet overflowing then wouldn't stop running, I would stay there again. in a great location. It was clean and well kept. Great beach service. Hopefully the weather will be nicer when we go again.

Home away from home

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Jade East. The location was excellent being downtown in the middle of everything. We had several activities and restaurants that we could walk to. The beautiful white sand beaches and emerald waters awaiting our arrival each day and there was even beach chairs set up for us. This condo was nicely decorated and was comfortable.

Relaxing vacation!

We stayed in condo 330 and really enjoyed it. The pictures accurately depict the inside of the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was the best part. I loved drinking my coffee every morning on the balcony and watching the sun go down in the evening. The extra amenities that came with the reservation were great too.

Safe and secure property

We loved the convenience of the location of this property. It was surrounded by lots of things to do besides the beach. The condo was tastefully decorated and clean. It is a gated property, so even though we were downtown, it was not overly crowded.

We have stayed in many properties through Newman-Dailey and this was our first experience at Jade East. This property lived up to our expectations. It was comfortable and clean. We had amazing views from the balcony and the kids loved playing in the pool.

Didn't want to go home!

We would recommend this property and condo to our friends and family. We really enjoyed our stay. Jessica in the office at Jade was very helpful during check in and with any questions we had during our stay. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The only problem was that our stay was too short and we didn’t want to go home.

Restful Relaxation

We enjoyed staying at Jade condo for a few days. The condo is a very nice and clean rental with a great view of the beach from the living room and balcony. It is right on the beach. Check-in service was very quick and easy. The only problem we had was, we were given the wrong beach gate access number and had to get it from someone staying at the complex as well. But everything else at the complex was nice. The outside was maintained neatly with the pool/spa being very clean and clear. The kids enjoyed the beach and pool, and at night we searched for crabs on the beach. We would enjoy staying here again!

Our family had a prearranged week at another condo in Destin which went askew at the last moment. Everybody was packed and ready for the beach when we were notified the facility was not available. Newman-Daily came through with Jade East unit 330 at the last minute and saved our beach vacation from disaster. The unit was most acceptable.

Loved the condo layout. We were a party of 6 and had plenty of room. The master bedroom was amazing. We loved the large bathroom and shower. The master bedroom had its own door to the balcony. We left the door cracked and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. The condo was very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. The room came with two beach chairs and an umbrella located on the beach. That was a big help since we did not have either. The private beach and pool were great!

We've been coming to Destin for about 10 years now and have stayed in a couple different facilities. Your's is one of the best, probably number 1 because of the amenities and customer service. We have a WONDERFUL time at the Jade East Tower. The room was clean,neat,and well set up. The beach was very nice,(the complimentary chair & umbrella very,very nice). All in all our stay at Jade East Tower was excellent and we will definitely recommend you to all our friends. A+++++. Oh yea, the weather you all provided was quite nice also. Thanks for everything.

Dirty

The location of the condo is wonderful, but the condo unit it's self was so dirty. It looked like it had not been dusted for months and the carpet was very dirty. It really needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. Also it needs a dvd player in the master bedroom that would have been great.

We booked Jade East Towers in August 2009 through Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. To begin, booking the condo was a breeze. Everyone that I spoke with was extremely polite and accomodating. The condo was exactly as it was pictured on the website. In fact, the pictures don't really do it justice. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Just what you want when you are away from home. The view was breath taking and the pool and beach are both easily accessible. My kids had a blast. My teenage son even went as far as to say that "the condo is awesome". I will book with this company and at this property again in the future.

The condo was a perfect size for our family. Our two oldest girls loved the twin beds and the pink room. Kitchen was roomy and the views were great. We would definately come back to the Jade Towers and stay in the same room.

LIved up to Expectations

Our family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay at Jade East. It had a great location, and the beach with its beautiful emerald waters lived up to our expectations. Our unit was tastefully furnished, clean, and just like its pictures on the web. We liked the onsite rental office. Our only complaint was that we arrived after 5, after office hours. The gate keycode we were given was wrong and would not open the gate to the parking lot. After an 8 hour drive with 3 children aged 9 and under, this was not welcome. The afterhours phone service could not find the right code and generally was not helpful. Another guest entering the parking lot supplied us with the right code and said they experienced the same problem. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay.
