My Beach Memories Photo Contest Winners 2022

The team at Newman-Dailey enjoys experiencing our guests' happy moments. We love hearing about special family traditions, unexpected experiences, hidden gems, and memories our guests will never forget. Through our My Beach Memories photo contest, our team gets to share in the joy of our guests’ beach vacation and those magical moments. While we had 88 incredible submissions in our Spring/Summer 2022 contest, we could have 3 winners. Here are our My Beach Memories photo contest winners:

First Place: Kayla D.

Kayla is our first-place beach photo contest winner. Her photo contest entry garnered 1,476 points through our network of friends and family who voted for her adorable beach shot with her hubby. She tells us that she can’t wait to get back to the beach and bring their kids on the next visit. Kayla won a 4-day/3-night stay at Jade East Towers in Destin. We can’t wait to welcome her and her family back to the beach!

Second Place: Kara R.

Kara is our second-place Destin photo contest winner. Kara “wowed’ followers with her stunning sunset image. In her entry, she said “My favorite thing to do when we go to Destin is watch the sunrises and sunsets!” Kara uses her time at the beach for family time, rest and relaxation. As our 2^nd place winner, Kara won a $300 gift certificate toward her next stay and fun basket of beach goodies to celebrate her return.

Third Place Winner: Tonya G.

Tonya is our third-place winner and not only did she earn the points to prove it but we were so moved by her story. Tonya shared writes “I lost my youngest daughter October 2019 at the age of 20 but visiting my sacred place with my Wonder Woman cape on reminds me to dig deeper and press forward in power….. I got this!!!!” Yes, you do, Tonya! While it is difficult to fill the void of a loss of a child, we’re hopeful that beach will bring added peace and comfort. Tonya won a $300 gift certificate toward her next stay and a basket of goodies. We look forward to welcoming Tonya for more beach time and healing.
