Both Shannyn and Heather have the emerald waters of the Gulf coast in their blood. Shannyn Stevenson has been a local since 1980 and started her real estate career in 1999. With 23 years of experience in this real estate market, Shannyn has developed a specialty in helping her clients find their dream short-term investment property. She has become an expert on the numerous coastal communities that stretch from Destin to Rosemary Beach, allowing her to understand which communities will best fit her clients’ needs. Heather, Tennessee-born and Georgia-bred, grew up visiting the beautiful beaches of Destin and South Walton. After a start in commercial real estate in Atlanta, she decided to make the switch to residential real estate and move to Destin, FL. The transition into residential sales was a natural fit for Heather—coming from a family who brings 65+ years of success in both residential and commercial real estate.
