Crystal Beach Real Estate Heats Up with Announced Crystal Shores Park Expansion

For those looking to own a piece of paradise along Florida’s Emerald Coast will want to consider a real estate purchase in the Crystal Beach neighborhood in Destin, Florida. The Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (ECAR) Closed Sale Report for February 2021 revealed that the volume of sales for townhomes and condominiums in February 2021 increased 59.3% over the same month last year. The average sale price was $350,000 (a 30% increase over 2020). Sales for single-family homes also increased at a more modest 6.2% increase over February last year and the average sale price increased 34% to $396,306.

With the anticipated opening of the expanded beach access in the summer of 2021, real estate transactions and prices are poised for continued growth. Real estate investors and fans of Northwest Florida beaches will want to consider an investment in Crystal Beach.
