Real Estate Sales Rebound Along the Emerald Coast This Summer
With a minor slowdown in sales during the months of March and April due to COVID-19, May and June have really packed a punch. Interest rates are amazingly low and investors are seizing the opportunity to own a slice of paradise along Florida’s Emerald Coast. Developers are continuing to build new homes and condos, while owners are remodeling their properties. There is a lot of activity in the Destin, Miramar Beach and 30A real estate market and we do not anticipate activity slowing down in the near future.
The experienced team of real estate agents at Newman-Dailey has experienced an increase in May and June sales inquiries via online leads and incoming phone calls.
