2018 30A Songwriter Festival, Jan. 12-15, Announces Ann Wilson of Heart

One of the joys of living in paradise is that our destination attracts talent. We’re excited to welcome back many talented songwriters and musicians for the 9th Annual 30A Songwriters Festival, January 12-15, 2018. 

Among the many returning artists including Emily Sailers of Indigo Girls, Charles Kelley of Lady Antebellum and Shawn Mullins, are some fantastic new headliners. This year, the festival will welcome Ann Wilson of Heart who will perform on Jan. 14 on the Headline Stage. Other headline artists include Emmylou Harris, Lou Ann Womak, Patty Griffin and Steve Earle. Other newly confirmed artists include: Kathy Matea, Aaron Lee Tasian, Paul Thorn, Ed Roland of Collective Soul with his Sweet Tea Project, James McMurtry, Hayes Carll, Drivin’ N Cryin’ and Ruthie Foster. 

The incredible weekend of live music and storytelling is held at venues throughout South Walton and Scenic Highway 30A, ranging from outdoor amphitheaters to intimate indoor settings at restaurants, theaters, book stores and coffee shops. All proceeds benefit the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, which is championing the arts among students and adults in Walton County.  With 175 songwriters and 225 performances in 25 venues to support students and the arts, you won't want to miss the 9th Annual 30A Songwriters Festival.
