2017 Emerald Coast Easter Egg Hunts

Easter Weekend is here. And if your family is looking for a fun and festive Easter Egg Hunt, there is an abundance of Easter Egg Hunts in the South Walton and Destin area. 

April 15: City of Destin Easter Egg Hunt

The City of Destin’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, April 15, beginning 9:15 a.m.at the Morgan Sports Center. The Easter Egg Hunt is for youth ages 12 and under. There will be a special egg hunting zone for Crawlers & Toddlers, along with a visit from the Easter Bunny. Map the location

April 15: Grayton Beach Faith Baptist Church Easter 5K and Egg Hunt 

The Easter 5K begins at 8am and Easter Egg Hunt will follow the race at 9:30am. Join the fun in this beautiful coastal setting at Grayton Beach State Park. The starting point for both events will be adjacent the main pavilion located at the end of Main Park Road.  It should be a fantastic morning and a great start to the Easter weekend. The race begins on the beach and then heads through the town of Grayton then along the 30A bike path and back into Grayton Beach State Park to the finish line. There will be an awards ceremony beginning at 9am  the overall male and female winner will each receive a $100 gift card GRAND PRIZE.  Age-group awards for both males and females will also be given. April 16: The Henderson Resort Brunch & Hunt 

On the hunt for an unforgettable family escape for Easter? Hop on over to The Henderson where there’s plenty of fun-filled activities and holiday events everyone in the family will love. From photo ops with the one and only Easter Bunny, to a helicopter Easter egg drop and children's crafts, families will be the focus of this Easter celebration. Since the fun is reserved for brunch guests, make your reservation early for Easter Brunch in the Grand Ballroom (seating times are 11am, 1pm and 3pm). The Easter eggs are arriving on a helicopter at noon. April 16 : LuLu’s Destin Easter Egg Hunt

After the Easter Bunny leaves The Henderson, he'll be hopping over to LuLu's on the Bay. Families can meet the Easter Bunny and go on a fun and festive Easter Egg Hunt. The Easter Bunny will help boys and girls hunt for eggs on Easter Sunday at 2 p.m. Kids will be divided by age groups for safe fun for all. Free family fun includes pictures with the Easter Bunny and Egg Hunt. Come early or stay after to enjoy delicious drinks and  order an Easter meal off Lucy Buffett's menu of signature reciipes. April 16: Sesaside Easter Egg-stravaganza

Come out to Seaside Amphitheater for the annual Easter Egg-stravaganza on Sunday, April 16 from 11 am until 2 pm. Hang out with the Easter Bunny and enjoy live music and an egg hunt with over 15,000 eggs. Giant egg hunt begins at 1 pm. Free and open to all.
