Cuvee 30A & Shops Open at 30Avenue

Have you heard about the newest place to shop and dine in South Walton near Rosemary Beach? It’s 30Avenue! 30Avenue is a 16-acre commercial development at the intersection of Highway 98 and the eastern entrance of Scenic Highway 30A and is the new hot spot for dining and shopping.
 
30Avenue recently announced the opening of Design, V. Lala Galleries, and Cuvee 30A. Design specializes in handmade cotton and wool rugs from tthe Barrier Island Collection. Design features original art, lighting, antiques, gifts, stone mantels and one-of-a-kind items. In addition, the team at Design also offers professional residential interior design services. Design is located in the first phase of 30Avenue in building Q.
 
A short stroll from Design you will find the second newly opened merchant, V. Lala Galleries in building O. Owner and artist Velia Lala features fine art and sculpture, a creative space for nurturing artists, and serves as an event venue. Sip boutique wines while perusing art or indulge your inner artist with art classes offered in the Creation Lounge. With a state of the art catering kitchen and all-inclusive menu of offerings, V. Lala Galleries offers a unique backdrop for events, dinners or meetings.
 
On the corner, Cuvee 30A brings everything we love about celebrity Chef Tim Creehan’s Cuvee Bistro in Destin to South Walton. Savor Chef Creehan’s award-winning signature dishes such as Amy Grant’s Seared Tuna Rare and Vince Gill’s Pecan Crusted Grouper. Cuvee 30A also features Happy Hour with live music by popular local artists along with Cuvee’s world class wine list bestowed with the prestigious Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Happy Hour is from 5 – 7:30 p.m. nightly and dinner begins at 5:30.
