Celebrating 30 Years of Warm Welcomes!

This week we’re celebrating! It was 30 years ago (April 15, 1985), when our founder and CEO Jeanne Dailey and her business partner, Randy Newman, officially launched Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. Since then Newman-Dailey has grown in size but remained focused on its core values—Have Fun, Excel, Professionalism, Integrity, and Teamwork.

Our team has welcomed thousands of families to their home away from home at the beach, and we are honored to be a part their timeless traditions and precious memories. Our extended family of owners and guests has grown over the past three decades and we’ve enjoyed reflecting on many special stories and experiences.
