Sunset Camps for Kids in Destin

Our guests want to ensure their kids enjoy a balance of beach time and Destin activities. Thanks to our friends at the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, there is another exciting activity for children after a fun filled day at the beach.

The Gulfarium’s Sunset Camp is an evening program for children ages 6-14. The program gives mom and dad time for a romantic dinner for two while the kids enjoy a fun and educational evening. The Sunset Camp is available on select evenings from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. in spring and summer.

Activities include a dockside dolphin interaction, with the opportunity to feed and give behavior signals to an Atlantic bottlenose dolphin, an ocean-themed scavenger hunt throughout the park, and an exploratory trek along the beach. Program participants will receive a t-shirt and enjoy dinner next to the seals.

Spring session dates are March 18 and March 25 and Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park is offering a 10% discount to Florida residents on these specific dates. Reservations can be made at www.gulfarium.com or by calling 850-243-9046.  Florida residents are asked to call first in order to receive the discount. More dates will be announced soon.
