Real Estate Division Names Top Producers for 2013

Newman-Dailey Resort Properties Real Estate Division announces its 2013 top producers. Mark DeSalvo earned “2013 Top Sales Agent” and Colin Kirkwood was named the “2013 Top Listing Agent.”  The company also recognized its top producers for fourth quarter, honoring Mark DeSalvo for listings and Jerry Bielawski for sales.  Serving the Emerald Coast for nearly 30 years, Newman-Dailey consistently ranks among the top 10 percent of all agents on the Emerald Coast, according to the annual ECAR Closed Sales Summary Report.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arkansas. Colin Kirkwood has been with Newman-Dailey for more than four years. He has always been interested in real estate and bought his first investment property when he was 18 years old. With a keen insight and understanding of property values, he has earned the reputation as the “property value expert” at Newman-Dailey. He also has extensive experience with bank owned properties, short sales and commercial listings. He is a regular top performer and earned second place for sales with Newman-Dailey in 2012.
